We ship our milk and kefir orders out on Tuesday and Wednesdays, by 24-hour courier. Orders of soap and skin cream go out by Royal Mail on Fridays. If you are ordering natural beauty products only, you will be offered the option to choose Royal Mail at the end of the check-out process.

We ship our milk and kefir frozen, unless otherwise requested. We pack using the best available stay-cold technology of polystyrene inserts and frozen gels packs in our boxes. We guarantee that our milk and kefir will reach you fresh, drinkable and in good condition, or we will replace it free of charge. However once our products leave the farm, they are in the hands of the courier.

If there is a courier error, or if the weather is warm, we cannot guarantee that the products will arrive still hard-frozen enough to put back in your freezer. For this reason, please don’t order more at one time than you can consume from the fridge in around 9 days.
