Free Gift Promo Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The offer is open to all customers placing new orders with Chuckling Goat between 18th – 19th February 2026 only.
• Orders must meet a minimum spend of £50 (before any discount codes and delivery charges) to qualify for the free gift.
• Offer limited to 1 free gift offer per customer.

2. Offer Period

• The offer is valid for a 24-hour period from 12:00 AM BST on 18th February 2026 to 11:59 PM BST on 19th February 2026.
• Orders placed outside of this period, even if the cart value exceeds £50, will not be eligible for the free gift.

3. Free Gift Details

• The specific free gift will be chosen by Chuckling Goat and may vary depending on stock availability. The RRP will be a minimum of £20
• The free gift is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other products.
• Chuckling Goat reserves the right to substitute the free gift with an alternative of equal or greater value if the original item becomes unavailable for any reason.

4. Order Requirements

• Only orders of £50 and over (before any discount codes and delivery charges) will qualify for the free gifts.
• Multiple orders cannot be combined to meet the £50 minimum spend requirement.
• Subscription renewals between 17th – 18th February 2026 do not qualify for the free gifts.
• Each qualifying order will receive only one free gift offer, regardless of the total value of the order.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• If a customer returns any items that bring the order value below £50, the free gift must also be returned.
• Chuckling Goat reserves the right to charge the full price of the free gifts if they are not returned with the refunded items.

6. Delivery

• The free gifts will be included automatically with your qualifying order and will be delivered along with the rest of your purchased items.
• Standard delivery terms and charges apply. During sale periods next day delivery cannot be guaranteed.

7. Limitations

• This offer is limited to one free gift offer per customer and is subject to availability while stocks last. 
• Chuckling Goat reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time if these terms and conditions are not adhered to.
• This offer does not apply to any subscription renewals that occur between 17th – 18th February 2026.

8. Changes and Cancellations

• Chuckling Goat reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice if circumstances make this unavoidable.

9. General

• By participating in this offer, customers agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• Chuckling Goat’s standard terms of service and privacy policy also apply to any purchases made under this promotion.
