2025 New Year Promo Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

• The offer is open to all customers placing orders with Chuckling Goat during the promotion period.
• Orders must include at least one qualifying kefir product (one-off or subscription) to qualify for the free Complete Prebiotic.
• Renewals of existing subscriptions and single bottle orders are excluded from this promotion.
• Offer limited to one free gift per customer.

2. Offer Period

• The offer is valid from 09:00 AM GMT on 07/01/25 to 11:59 PM GMT on 04/02/25.
• Orders placed outside of this period will not be eligible for the free gift.

3. Free Gift Details

• The free gift is one Complete Prebiotic, automatically added to qualifying orders.
• The free gift is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other products.
• Chuckling Goat reserves the right to substitute the free gift with an alternative of equal or greater value if the original item becomes unavailable for any reason.

4. Order Requirements

• Only orders including at least one qualifying kefir product (excluding single bottle orders and subscription renewals) are eligible for the free gift.
• Multiple orders cannot be combined to qualify for the promotion.
• Each qualifying order will receive only one free gift, regardless of the total value or number of qualifying products in the order.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• If a customer returns any items that disqualify the order from meeting the promotion criteria, the free gift must also be returned.
• Chuckling Goat reserves the right to charge the full price of the free gift if it is not returned with the refunded items.

6. Delivery

• The free gift will be included automatically with your qualifying order and delivered along with your purchased items.
• Standard delivery terms and charges apply.
• Please note that shipping times during this period may vary. Next-day delivery may not always be possible.

7. Limitations

• This offer is limited to one free gift per customer and is subject to availability while stocks last.
• Chuckling Goat reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time if these terms and conditions are not adhered to.

8. Changes and Cancellations

• Chuckling Goat reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice if circumstances make this unavoidable.
