All prices are correct as of February 2013. The Chuckling Goat Company has the right to change prices and specifications without prior notice. All products shown are as accurate as the website allows. The availability of an item on the website does not guarantee that it is in stock.

We will treat all your Personal Information as confidential (although we reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances set out below). We are committed to protecting your privacy and we will keep it on a secure server and we will fully comply with all applicable UK Data Protection and consumer legislation from time to time that are in place.

For statistical purposes to improve this website and its services to you;
If you consent, to notify you of products or special offers that may be of interest to you.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address, phone number, e-mail address and credit/debit card details. We will not give or sell your details to any other party for any reason unless you specifically ask us to do so.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by telephoning, writing or e-mailing us. If you find any inaccuracy we will delete or correct it promptly.

You agree that you do not object to us contacting you for any of the above purposes whether by telephone, e-mail or in writing and you confirm that you do not and will not consider any of the above as being a breach of any of your rights under the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003.

Our rights
We reserve the right to:
Modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the website; and/or
Change the Conditions from time to time, and your continued use of the website (or any part thereof) following such change shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any changes to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the website.

Purchase of products
Orders must be placed by phone, mail or online. We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.

For delivery to the UK, orders will be dispatched by 24 hour courier, on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays inclusive. This means that they can be delivered Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We do not dispatch on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, or Sundays. This is to avoid potential weekend delivery problems and customer disappointment. Please give as much lead time for an order as possible. When demand exceeds supply there may be a waiting period until your product comes back into stock. We will fill all requests in the order received. Instructions as to where the order may be left in the absence of a signature can be taken. Directions for non-numbered houses and difficult to find addresses will help with delivery.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Channel or Jersey Islands, post codes off the mainland UK and some post codes in Scotland and Ireland will incur higher shipping costs. Please contact us for details before ordering.

As per standard distance selling regulations, you have 14 consecutive days after you receive your parcel to raise any issues with your order. After that time, the transaction is closed.

Pricing policy
All prices are exclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery charges.

Price changes
We may alter prices at any time. We try our best to keep price changes to a minimum but sometime it is inevitable. We will aim to update the web site as soon as possible, but may not be able to make changes immediately. If the price of an item you have ordered has increased we will contact you before charging the additional amount.

We may discontinue, or alter our coupons at any point, without notice.

We always do our best to respond quickly and fairly to any problem relating to purchases from The Chuckling Goat Company or the service provided. In the event of a problem, call us straight away and we will do whatever is necessary to resolve it as fast as possible. In normal circumstances problems will be responded to within 24 hours, usually the same day we are notified.

Our artisan skincare products are suitable for people who may be prone to eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, rosacea or acne.

I have suffered for years with an inflamed stomach lining, which has caused countless days and nights crawling around the floor in complete agony, unable to do anything to stop the pain and sickness. Anything could set it off and sometimes it would just start in the middle of the night for no reason. Having finally been given something by my doctor, I then discovered that it was a temporary fix and long time actually made the condition worse. I ordered the Kefir in the desperate hope that it could help my situation. I’m just over half way through the 21 days and am about to place another order. My stomach is already greatly improved and I’m sure will continue to do so throughout the rest of the course, but the thing that I’ve been amazed by, has been the complete eradication of craving firstly my coffee (which I shouldn’t have been drinking with my stomach anyway) but also sweet stuff and general rubbish – I am slimming down too! Also my skin is look fantastic and I don’t think I’m imagining the fact that my wrinkles have smoothed out a lot. I’ve written way more than I should have, but I really cannot praise this product highly enough. Well done to all the Chuckling Goat team and please keep up the good work!! :) x
