Ana’s Farmacy begins with raw apple cider vinegar, carefully infused with distinctive combinations of herbs, spices and botanicals. It is never heat-treated or homogenised, leaving the natural “mother” intact.
Choose from three characterful blends: No. 1 has a classic herbal bouquet, No. 2 brings Mediterranean herbs and warming cinnamon, while aromatic No. 3 has a distinctive hint of clove.
Every blend has been independently tested by Campden BRI Laboratories for antimicrobial activity in vitro. Natural herbal sediment may remain in the bottle as part of the traditional infusion process.

Yes, our vinegars are raw and unfiltered. This means they may sometimes appear cloudy, contain natural strands, or have a little sediment. We don’t heat-treat or homogenise them, so these natural elements remain in the bottle. This is a sign of authenticity and quality and is perfectly safe to consume. You can gently shake the bottle before use if you wish.
Yes, our vinegars naturally contain the “mother.” This is a living culture made up of beneficial bacteria and enzymes, and it’s responsible for many of the health-supporting properties of raw, unfiltered vinegar.
The antimicrobial properties of our vinegars come from the carefully selected blend of herbs and spices, infused through our unique craftsmanship. The herbs are the main protagonists, providing the primary functional benefits, while the vinegar acts as a carrier liquid chosen specifically for its beneficial effects on gut health. Made on our farm and lab-tested, they offer a level of quality, potency, and effectiveness that sets them apart from typical supermarket vinegars.
We recommend taking 10 ml of vinegar per day, ideally mixed into 40 ml of water and taken around 30 minutes before a meal for maximum digestive benefit.
A daily serving is 10 ml, which is equivalent to 2 teaspoons. Each bottle contains 250 ml, which will last approximately 3 weeks at the recommended daily serving.
For optimal digestive support, take the vinegar approximately 30 minutes before a meal.

Absolutely. The vinegars make a wonderful addition to cooking, dressings, and marinades, thanks to the infused herbs. While culinary use is perfectly fine, we recommend taking it daily with water if you’re using it for digestive support.
We recommend taking 10 ml of vinegar once daily, ideally 30 minutes before a meal, to support digestion and gut health.
Yes, our vinegars can be given to children aged 4 and above. Apple cider vinegar should always be diluted before giving it to a child. We recommend using ½ to 1 teaspoon of vinegar in at least 1 cup of water per day, and not exceeding this amount unless advised by a healthcare professional. It can be taken before meals to potentially support digestion. To improve the taste, you can mix the diluted vinegar with a little honey or juice. Because apple cider vinegar is acidic and can erode tooth enamel, it’s important that your child rinses their mouth with water after consuming it. Never give it undiluted, as it can harm the throat and digestive tract. If your child experiences stomach upset or discomfort, discontinue use immediately. We are not medically trained, so it is essential to speak to your child’s doctor before introducing our vinegars, especially if they have any underlying health conditions.
We do not recommend using our vinegars during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please consult your doctor before introducing any new supplements or herbal products during this time.
Some people find relief from acid reflux symptoms by taking apple cider vinegar 20–30 minutes after meals, though individual tolerance to acidity can vary. If you have a sensitive stomach, it’s best to start with a small amount, such as ½–1 teaspoon, diluted in water, and observe how your body responds. If you suspect an ulcer or have ongoing digestive concerns, please seek advice from your GP or consultant before use.
Our vinegars are made with carefully selected herbs and spices. While they do not contain common allergens such as nuts, dairy, or gluten, we always recommend checking the ingredients list if you have specific allergies and consulting your healthcare provider if you are unsure.
Yes, all of our vinegars are 100% vegan-friendly.
For antimicrobial purposes, we recommend taking the vinegar daily for 90 days, then re-testing your microbiome to check pathogen levels. Everyone’s body is different, so results can vary. If you’re unsure about adding a supplement to your routine, always check with your GP first.
