How it works

- Your friend can redeem the code by entering it into the ‘coupons’ section at checkout.
This coupon code can be used once and is valid for 1 year from the date sent.
To say thank you, you will receive 15% of their order value as store credit. For example, if your friend spends £60 you will receive £9 in store credit. This credit will automatically be applied to your next order or subscription renewal – you do not need to do anything.

Can I refer a friend who has purchased from you before?
No. You can only refer those who have not purchased from Chuckling Goat before.
Can I refer my husband/wife?
Sorry, referrals for family members living in the same household will be rejected.
What happens if I have more store credit than the total of my next order or subscription renewal?
If you have more store credit than your order total, the order will be free. Any leftover store credit will remain on your account and will be carried over to your following order/subscription renewal.
Can I see the discount on my upcoming subscription renewal?
The credit will be automatically applied as a discount to your subscription renewal when it’s processed.
