Working with the microbiome tests, we have learned that there are multiple types of exotic fibres required by your gut bugs, many contained in unfamiliar items like cassava root and tamarind seed. Who’s got time – or energy – to find, cook and and eat all those exotic elements into your diet?
So we’ve done all the work for you. Stop worrying, and get gut healthy!

Complete Prebiotic – Ingredients & Additional Info
Dosage: 10 grams (2 tsp) every morning. Work up to the full dose slowly over 2 weeks. Be sure to stay hydrated throughout the day.
Directions for use: Pour around 170ml of water in a glass, add the powder on-top of the water and mix thoroughly with a fork or blender. Please consult your doctor if pregnant or breastfeeding.
Ingredients: All ingredients are listed below. Unlike most other products on the market, we don’t bulk our product with cheap ingredients – everything is mixed equally, except we’ve added a little bit extra liquorice to improve the taste.
Prebiotic provided: Isomaltooligosaccharide (IMO)
A traditional fermented Japanese food rich in the prebiotic fibre IMO, probiotics and enzymes. Miso is also a great source of copper, manganese, vitamin K, protein, and zinc.
Prebiotics provided: Beta-Glucan, Galactosyl-D-fructose, Polydextrose
A great source of the powerful prebiotic fibre ‘Beta-Glucan’ and one of the few natural sources of prebiotic fibres Galactosyl-D-fructose and Polydextrose. They are also rich in antioxidants, vitamins B and C, copper, potassium and amino acids.
Prebiotic provided: Arabinan
A rich source of the prebiotic Arabinan and one of the few plant foods that contain sufficient amounts of all nine essential amino acids. It is also rich in magnesium, B vitamins, iron, potassium, calcium, phosphorus, vitamin E and various beneficial antioxidants.
Prebiotics provided: Xylan, Galactan
This algae provides a great source of both Xylan and Galactan prebiotics. It is also a great source of vitamin B1, B2 and B3, copper and iron.
Psyllium husk (7%)
Prebiotic provided: Arabinoxylan
Extremely high in fibre, psyllium husk provides a great source of the prebiotic Arabinoxylan. It has also been shown to benefit constipation, diarrhoea, blood sugar, blood pressure, cholesterol and weight loss.
A great source of the prebiotic fibre Dextrin. Arrowroot is a rich source of rich source of vitamin B9, calcium, potassium, magnesium, sodium, and phosphorus.
This powerful root contains large quantities of Mannan oligosaccharides (MOS) and Inulin, two powerful prebiotics. It also contains some manganese and vitamin B6.
This sweet-sour fruit is one of the few natural sources of the prebiotic Xyloglucan. Tamarind is a great source of thiamine, magnesium, potassium and iron. It also contains several other important micronutrients.
Orange peel (7%)
Orange peels provide a great source of Pectin. They are rich in polyphenols, vitamin C, provitamin A, folate, riboflavin, thiamine, vitamin B6, and calcium
Rice bran (7%)
An excellent source of the powerful prebiotic fibre Xylooligosaccharides (XOS), a favourite among Lactobacillus spp. and Bifidobacterium spp. probiotic bacteria.
Guar bean (7%)
The Guar Bean is the source of the popular prebiotic guar gum.
High in prebiotic fibre Galacto-oligosaccharides (GOS) and a rich source of vitamin K, C & B6, B9, phosphorus, zinc, copper, manganese, choline, and selenium.
A great source of prebiotic fibre Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) and packed with essential nutrients. Beetroots are a great source of fibre, folate (vitamin B9), manganese, potassium, iron, and vitamin C.
