1. Promoter
This promotion is organised and operated by Chuckling Goat Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 08975937), whose registered office is at Glynmelyn, Brynhoffnant, Llandysul, SA44 6DS (“Chuckling Goat”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Eligibility
- The offer is open to all customers purchasing through www.chucklinggoat.co.uk during the promotional period.
- Participants must be resident in the United Kingdom.
- The offer applies to new orders only and excludes subscription renewals, previous purchases, or orders placed outside the promotional period.
3. Offer Details
- Customers will receive 30% off their total basket when spending £50 or more (product value before delivery charges).
- The discount is applied automatically at checkout once the qualifying spend threshold is met.
- Only one discount can be applied per order.
4. Eligible Products
- Unless stated otherwise, the promotion applies to all items available for purchase on chucklinggoat.co.uk.
- The offer does not include:
- Subscription renewals
- Any products or bundles specifically marked as excluded on the website.

5. Exclusions and Limitations
- The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, bundle, or promotion.
- The offer is not valid on previous purchases, subscription renewals or items bought before or after the promotional period.
- The minimum spend requirement of £50 must be met after any other discounts and before delivery charges are added.
- No cash or alternative discount will be offered in place of this promotion.
- If any item purchased as part of a qualifying order is returned, Chuckling Goat reserves the right to adjust the refund amount to reflect the value of the discount applied.
6. Delivery
- Standard delivery charges apply (£5.99 on orders under £25) and are not discounted as part of this promotion.
- Next day delivery cannot be guaranteed during sale periods.
7. Returns
- Returns and refunds are subject to Chuckling Goat’s standard Returns Policy, available on our website.
- Refunds will be calculated based on the amount paid after the 30% discount was applied.
8. General Conditions
- Chuckling Goat reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion (in whole or in part) at any time if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.
- In the event of any dispute regarding the promotion, Chuckling Goat’s decision shall be final and binding.
- The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
- Misuse of this promotion (including fraudulent activity or abuse of the offer conditions) may result in order cancellation and/or account suspension.
9. Liability
- Nothing in these terms limits or excludes Chuckling Goat’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chuckling Goat shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in this promotion or reliance on the offer.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
