These Terms & Conditions apply to Chuckling Goat’s Black Friday / Cyber Monday “30% Off for Life Subscription” promotion (“the Offer”). By taking part in this Offer, customers agree to the following terms.

1. Promotion Period

The Offer is valid only during the promotional window:

28th November – 1st December 2025

Subscriptions must be started within this timeframe to qualify.

2. Offer Summary

• New subscriptions started during the promotion window will receive 30% off the full one-off product price for selected products.
  
• This discount is locked in for the lifetime of that subscription and will apply to every recurring order, provided the subscription remains active and unchanged.
  
• The discount is taken from the full standard one-off product price, not from the already discounted subscription price.
  

3. Eligibility

• The Offer is available to new subscriptions only.
  
• Existing subscriptions, renewals, or previously cancelled subscriptions do not qualify.
  
• Eligible products will be specified via the link provided in the promotional email.
  
• This Offer is not valid for one-off purchases.
  

4. Eligible Products

• Only selected subscription products qualify for the Offer.
  
• The eligible items will be clearly indicated within the promotional link provided via email.
  
• Chuckling Goat reserves the right to change or update the eligible product list at any time during the promotion.
  

5. Discount Details

• The 30% discount applies only to the product(s) chosen at the time of subscription sign-up.
  
• The discount remains active for the full lifetime of that subscription, provided the subscription stays:
  
  • Active
    
  • Unpaused
    
  • Unchanged in product type or variant

If the subscription is paused, cancelled, or materially altered, the lifetime discount may no longer apply.

6. Restrictions

The Offer cannot be used in conjunction with:

• The 30% off sitewide offer (when spending £50+)
  
• Any other discount codes
  
• Bundles
  
• Offers
  
• Promotions
  
• Automatic discounts

Only one discount is permitted per subscription.

7. Subscription Changes

• Customers may update delivery frequency or quantity; however, changing the actual product type may result in the loss of the lifetime discount.
  
• If a subscription is cancelled, paused, or allowed to lapse, the 30% lifetime discount cannot be reinstated on future reactivations or new subscriptions.
  

8. Pricing

• The 30% discount applies to the standard one-off product price, not the subscription price.
  
• If Chuckling Goat updates standard pricing in future, the 30% discount will continue to apply to the updated price.
  

9. Product Availability

• All subscription products are subject to stock availability.
  
• In the event of limited availability, Chuckling Goat may suggest suitable alternatives or adjust delivery dates.
  

10. Offer Changes & Withdrawal

• Chuckling Goat reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this promotion (in whole or in part) at any time if circumstances arise outside its reasonable control.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the promotion, Chuckling Goat’s decision shall be final and binding.
• The offer is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
• Misuse of this promotion (including fraudulent activity or abuse of the offer conditions) may result in order cancellation and/or account suspension.
