All Ana’s Farmacy artisan vinegars are proven to inhibit pathogenic bacteria. These products are designed to work in tandem with our Microbiome Test.

For general use, you may take one vinegar at a time, 10ml per day, rotating through all three. For a more targeted approach, take our microbiome test, and your Nutritional Therapist will recommend the appropriate vinegar during your free 30-minute consultation.

Vinegar No. 1

Vinegar #1 has a classic herbal bouquet taste. It contains star anise, bay leaves, pink peppercorns, black peppercorns, coriander seeds, cumin seeds, yacon syrup and pomegranate molasses.

Vinegar #1 has been tested at Campden BRI laboratories and found to be bactericidal against the following pathogens: E. coli, Pseudomonas, Vibrio, C. difficile and Fusobacterium in vitro. You can view the laboratory documentation here, you will also receive a copy with your purchase.

Nutritional information per 100ml: Energy 101 KJ/24 kcal, fat 0.1g, of which saturates 0.1g, carbohydrate 5.3g, of which sugars 2.3g, fibre <0.5g, protein 0.4g, salt 20mg.

Vinegar No. 2

This vinegar has a Mediterranean theme and flavour. It is made with oregano, rosemary, thyme, sage, ceylon cinnamon (pesticide and heavy-metal tested) green peppercorns, whole pomegranate powder and yacon syrup.

Vinegar #2 has been lab tested by Campden BRI and found bactericidal against the following pathogens: Salmonella, Citrobacter, Staphylococcus, Pseudomonas, Yersinia, C. difficile, Campylobacter, Fusobacterium, Eggerthella, Vibrio, and Sphingomonas in vitro. Vinegar No. 3

Vinegar #3 is particularly aromatic, with a strong hint of cloves. It contains basil, French tarragon, chamomile flowers, cloves, marjoram, green peppercorns, turmeric, boswellia, and yacon syrup.

Vinegar #3 has been tested at Campden BRI laboratories and found to be bactericidal against the following pathogens: Pseudomonas, Yersinia, C. difficile, Proteus, Klebsiella, Campylobacter, Eggerthella, Vibrio, and Sphingomonas in vitro. Lab Tested Antimicrobial Vinegar

Ana’s Farmacy vinegar begins with a base of raw apple cider vinegar and has not been homogenised or heat-treated at any point during the process, so the “mother” is still intact in the vinegar. You may or may not see evidence of this in your bottle. You may also notice a small amount of sediment: this is the natural residue of herbs from the steeping process.
