Recipe

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 170ml Chuckling Goat Probiotic Kefir
  • 4 medium strawberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 thin slice fresh jalapeño, seeds removed
  • 1 TSP yacon syrup
  • 10g Complete Prebiotic
  • A small handful of ice (optional)

Method:

  1. Add the Kefir, strawberries, yacon syrup and Complete Prebiotic to a blender. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add the jalapeño, starting with ½ slice and increasing to taste. Blend.
  3. Add ice if using and blend again until creamy.
  4. Serve garnished with a strawberry slice and a thin jalapeño ring 🌶️
