It is important to care for healing skin, to ensure a smooth healing process, and that the end result is happy and healthy skin! A simple skincare routine that includes natural products instead of using products containing chemicals is the best way to ensure your skin gets everything it needs, helping your skin to fully recover and glow!
Super Sensitive Skin Balm
Our Super Sensitive Skin Balm is perfect for skin that is healing and sensitive. It is free of any irritants and is made from all-natural ingredients. It is deeply hydrating, and soothes skin that is feeling uncomfortable, dry and itchy. It is great to put on in the evening and let it soak in overnight, but you can apply it at any time! Sensitive Goat’s Milk Soap
Our Sensitive Goat’s Milk Soap is suitable for your face, hands, and body, making it versatile and convenient. This soap is gentle and nourishing for your skin. We recommend it for people suffering from eczema, dermatitis, and allergies.
Let’s look at the ingredients of our Sensitive Goat’s Milk Soap and why they are beneficial –
- Olive oil helps heal wounds and deeply moisturises.1https://health.clevelandclinic.org/olive-oil-for-skin
- Goat’s milk reduces inflammation and helps to heal damage caused by skin conditions.2https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC11817167/
- Kefir is rich in probiotics, enzymes and vitamins which can help repair your skin barrier.3https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/9-health-benefits-of-kefir#probiotic-benefits
- Sustainable palm oil is high in antioxidants, like vitamin E, which help to heal wounds and skin conditions such as acne.4https://www.dermatologytimes.com/view/vitamin-found-palm-oil-said-accelerate-wound-healing
- Coconut oil has antimicrobial properties, which can aid in healing acne, athlete’s foot, and other skin conditions/infections.5https://www.healthline.com/nutrition/coconut-oil-and-skin#TOC_TITLE_HDR_3
- Honey is great for various skin issues; it helps to heal breakouts and scars, and supports even skin tone.6https://www.healthline.com/health/honey-for-face#how-to-use
- Oatmeal acts as an emollient, it allows the product to create a barrier between the skin and environment, helping to keep out any pollutants while the skin is healing. 7https://dermnetnz.org/topics/oatmeal#:~:text=How%20does%20oatmeal%20help%20skin,to%20act%20as%20an%20emollient.
Sensitive Probiotic Kefir Lotion
The perfect addition to the soap is our Sensitive Probiotic Kefir Lotion, which is free of any fragrance or essential oils, making it ideal for sensitive skin. It can also be used for children (3 years+) and during pregnancy, just like our Sensitive Goat’s Milk Soap. Its ingredients are similar to those in the Sensitive Goat’s Milk Soap, so the two work together to create hydrated skin that can bounce back from any issues, such as acne or wounds. It is great to apply this after using the soap; you can do this in the morning and evening.
