My go-to smoothie for glowy skin

This smoothie will make you glow from the inside, out ✨ Filled with antioxidants, fibre, vitamin C, collagen, and healthy fats.

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 170ml Chuckling Goat Kefir
  • 120g strawberries
  • 120g raspberries
  • 120g pineapple
  • Fresh mint leaves (as much as you like)
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Splash of water (optional)

Method

Pop all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.  Add water as needed to reach your desired consistency 😊
