We love great science—and great scientists! We’re honoured to have Dr Amrita Vijay as our Lead Scientific Advisor at Chuckling Goat, where she brings scientific integrity and cutting-edge research to every product.

Dr Vijay is a Research Associate in Gut Microbiome and Metabolic Health at the University of Nottingham, where she recently completed a ground-breaking clinical trial on Chuckling Goat’s kefir and prebiotic, with results soon to be published.

Her five-minute presentation of this study—“Targeting inflammation through diet: A comparative intervention study”—won Outstanding Achievement at the School of Medicine Early Career Researchers Gala.
