3 Christmas mocktails

Add some booze-free ✨pizzazz✨ to your Christmas parties with these three delicious recipes –

Blackberry Nojito

Handful of fresh blackberries

100ml kombucha of choice

Crushed ice

Mint leaves

Sprig of fresh rosemary for garnish

‘Muddle’ fresh blackberries with a small handful of mint leaves, pour into a fancy glass and top with plenty of crushed ice and kombucha. Garnish with extra mint leaves, whole blackberries and a sprig of festive rosemary!

Add a single shot of vodka for an alcoholic cocktail

Clementine Fizz

2 fresh clementines

100ml sparkling water

Dash of yacon syrup (or more, depending on how sweet you like it!)

Sprigs of rosemary

For the rim

1 TSP of sea salt

1 TSP dried clementine zest

1 TSP golden caster sugar

Cut the clementines into quarters. Use one quarter to rim the cocktail glass before putting it back with the others. Mix the sea salt, dried clementine zest and golden caster sugar on a plate. Dip the rim of the cocktail glass in this mixture til it’s coated. Leave the rim of the glass to dry a little before adding your cocktail. Using a cocktail muddler, ‘muddle’ the clementine quarters with fresh rosemary before adding the sparkling water and yacon syrup. Top with another sprig of fresh rosemary.

Add a single shot of clear tequila for an alcoholic cocktail

Grinch Punch

100ml green juice (juiced – or blended with water – cucumber, apple, pineapple and favourite greens – amounts of each can be to your liking)

Juice of 1/2 lime

Sparkling Water

Cut the cucumber, apple, pineapple and favourite greens and juice or blend. Pour 100ml of the ‘green juice’ into your cocktail glass along with lime juice, ice and a little sparkling water.

Add a single shot of clear rum for an alcoholic cocktail
