- 170 ml Chuckling Goat Kefir
- 10 g Complete Prebiotic
- 10 g Pure Fish Collagen
- 1 TBSP flaxseed oil
- 1 medium frozen banana
- 30 g protein powder (whey, hemp, pea, or rice)
- 100 g natural yoghurt (goats or other A2 dairy recommended)
- 100 ml full-fat goat’s milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp oats
- Pop all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.
