Ingredients (4 servings):
2 x ripe avocado
10g / 1 TBSP Complete Prebiotic
1 TSP vanilla essence
25g raw cacao powder
2 TBSP runny honey
Splash of goat, oat or unsweetened almond milk
Method:
Pop all the ingredients into a blender, adding your chosen milk to reach your desired consistency. Just a splash should create that thick, mousse-y texture. For added YUM, top with fresh raspberries, walnuts and shavings of dark chocolate or coconutπ
