The Quiet Care Initiative - Terms & Conditions

Nominations are open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
Nominees must have a UK delivery address.
Nominations are intended for individuals other than the person submitting the nomination.
Employees of Chuckling Goat and their immediate family members may not nominate themselves.

To enter, complete the nomination form in full.
Multiple nominations are welcome, but each individual should only be nominated once.
By submitting a nomination, you confirm that the information provided is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Recipients will be chosen at the sole discretion of the Chuckling Goat team.
Submission of a nomination does not guarantee that a care package will be sent.
The number of care packages available may vary and all care packages are subject to stock availability.
All decisions are final and no correspondence regarding selections will be entered into.
Chuckling Goat reserves the right to refuse nominations or withhold care packages where there is reason to believe the initiative is being misused or abused.

Successful nominees will receive a friendly email from Chuckling Goat to let them know that they have been nominated and that a complimentary care package is being sent to them.
Chuckling Goat reserves the right not to send a package if we are unable to contact the recipient or obtain the information necessary to fulfil the delivery.

Selected recipients will receive a complimentary Chuckling Goat care package.
Package contents and value may vary and are subject to availability.
Care packages are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative products.
Care packages are available to UK addresses only.
Care packages may contain dairy products and other allergens. Recipients are responsible for checking ingredients and product suitability before consumption.
Any supplements or products provided are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and should not replace professional medical advice.

As a thank you for submitting a nomination, nominators will receive a 20% discount code.
The discount code may only be used once per customer.
The discount code is for personal use only and may not be combined with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
The discount code is not valid on Microbiome Test or the Gut Health Starter Pack.
Chuckling Goat reserves the right to amend or withdraw the discount code at any time.

Information submitted through the nomination form will be used solely for the administration of The Quiet Care Initiative.
By submitting a nomination, you acknowledge that Chuckling Goat may contact successful nominees to arrange delivery of their care package.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with Chuckling Goat’s Privacy Policy.

Chuckling Goat reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw The Quiet Care Initiative, or these Terms & Conditions, at any time without prior notice.

The Quiet Care Initiative is intended to spread kindness and support through thoughtful gestures.
By submitting a nomination, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The initiative is administered by Chuckling Goat and is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
