Blueberry & ginger synbiotic smoothie

Start your day with this fibre-rich, nutrient-dense (not to mention vibrant) synbiotic smoothie!

Ingredients

Serves 1

  • 170ml Kefir
  • 10g Complete Prebiotic
  • 10g Pure Fish Collagen
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed oil
  • 1 small handful blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 2 florets of raw cauliflower, fresh or frozen (optional)
  • ½ banana, fresh or frozen
  • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, or 1 tsp of ground ginger powder (to your own taste)

Method

Pop all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth.  Add water as needed to reach your desired consistency.
