Gut-healthy muesli!

Start your day off right with a bowl of nourishing muesli, packed with flavour, and rich in fibre – you won’t regret it!


300g of oats

200g of nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts etc)

100g seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame etc)

100g of dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, chopped apricots etc)

50g oat bran, flaked quinoa, buckwheat or millet


Pour all the ingredients into a large bowl and combine thoroughly.  Store in an airtight container.

To serve, add goats’ milk or a dairy-free alternative of your choice and top with yoghurt, nut butter and fresh (or frozen!) fruit. Is frozen as nutritious as fresh? Click here to find out!
