If your little one is less than enthusiastic about drinking Kefir, here are some ideas on how you can make it FUN.

  • Make smoothies – blend with a ripe banana, their favourite berries, and 100% pure Stevia. Encourage them to get involved by adding fruit/veggies of their choice – kids love a little control!
