170ml Kefir

10 g Complete Prebiotic

10 g Pure Fish Collagen

4 strawberries

Handful of fresh or frozen spinach

Handful of cherries

1 small, ripe banana


Simply measure your ingredients and blend. Pour into a cocktail glass, and add ice cubes and a paper umbrella for a summer holiday feel!
