What is an adaptogen?

Ingredients:

240ml oat, goat or unsweetened almond milk

15 drops of Ashwagandha

1 heaped TSP Complete Mushroom Blend

1 TSP yacon syrup (optional)

Method:

  1. Heat your chosen milk in a small saucepan over low to medium heat. Do not boil.
  2. Pour the warm milk into a mug and add the Ashwagandha, Complete Mushroom Blend and Siberian Ginseng. Blend thoroughly until smooth and slightly frothy.
  3. Sweeten with optional ingredients and stir thoroughly.
