My go-to green smoothie π
Ingredients:
Serves 1
- 170 ml Chuckling Goat Kefir
- 10 g Complete Prebiotic
- 10 g Pure Fish Collagen
- 1 TBSP flaxseed oil
- 120 g mango, fresh or frozen
- 120 g pineapple, fresh or frozen
- 2 handfuls of baby spinach
- Β½ banana
- Splash of water (optional)
Method:
Pop all the ingredients into your blender and blitz until smooth. Add water as needed to reach your desired consistency.
