- 1 banana
- 85g oats
- 200ml oat milk
- 170ml Chuckling Goat Kefir
- 10g Complete Prebiotic
- 10g Pure Fish Collagen
- 1 TBSP peanut butter
- Sprinkle of nutmeg & cinnamon
- 1 TSP vanilla extract
- Handful of ice
Method
Pop all the ingredients into your blender blitz for 30–60 seconds, until thick, creamy and completely smooth. Pour into a large glass and enjoy immediately 🍹
Top tips
- Freeze your banana for an even creamier texture
- Add extra oat milk if you prefer a thinner smoothie
- Swap peanut butter for almond butter if preferred
