Oatmeal & Banana Kefir Smoothie

This hearty smoothie is thick, creamy, and loaded with oats. Perfect for a quick and easy breakfast πŸ˜‹

Ingredients:

Serves 1

  • 1 banana
  • 85g oats
  • 200ml oat milk
  • 170ml Chuckling Goat Kefir
  • 10g Complete Prebiotic
  • 10g Pure Fish Collagen
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Sprinkle of nutmeg & cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Handful of ice

Method:

Pop all the ingredients into your blender and blitz until smooth. Enjoy!
