Ingredients:
Serves 1
- 1 banana
- 85g oats
- 200ml oat milk
- 170ml Chuckling Goat Kefir
- 10g Complete Prebiotic
- 10g Pure Fish Collagen
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Sprinkle of nutmeg & cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Handful of ice
Method:
Pop all the ingredients into your blender and blitz until smooth. Enjoy!
