Can Kefir Help Eczema?
Kefir may support gut and immune health, but there is currently not enough evidence to say that drinking kefir itself treats or cures eczema.
Eczema, particularly atopic dermatitis is a chronic inflammatory condition involving the skin barrier, immune system, genetics and environmental factors. a clinical trial of specific probiotic strains is not the same thing as evidence that any kefir will treat eczema.
Different kefirs contain different organisms, fermentation products and concentrations.
Where could kefir fit?

Current evidence supports an association between atopic dermatitis and alterations in both gut and skin microbial communities, although researchers are still working out which changes are causes, consequences or contributors.

Can Gut Health Affect Acne?
Yes, your gut may influence some of the biological processes involved in acne, but gut health is only one piece of a much bigger picture.

Can Gut Health Affect Rosacea?
Gut health may be connected with rosacea, but scientists do not yet know exactly how important that connection is for every person.

Why Is Your Skin Itchy?
Skin becomes itchy when itch-sensing nerves are activated, and there are many possible reasons why this happens.
Common triggers include dry skin, eczema, allergies, irritation, histamine release, medications and other skin conditions. Persistent itching can also sometimes have neurological or systemic causes, which is why unexplained or long-lasting itching deserves medical assessment.
